About Tindall
Tindall Hein is a Partner at ON Partners, partnering with private equity and growth-stage companies to recruit C-level and senior leadership across SaaS, Professional & Financial Services, and AI & Emerging Technology. Over the course of her career, she has completed hundreds of executive searches, building leadership teams that drive growth and transformation for high-growth businesses.
Before joining ON Partners, Tindall drove account management and client engagement for Global 50 - a community of divisional presidents and CEOs - at World 50, a private network of C-level executives from the world's most respected Fortune 500 companies.
Tindall earned bachelor's degrees in both Political Science and Spanish from Davidson College, where she also served as captain of the Division I volleyball team.
