About Josh

Josh Nathanson is a co-founder of ON Partners, a leading executive search firm known for building C-level and board leadership teams for high-growth organizations. Before founding ON Partners, Josh served as a Principal with Christian & Timbers (later CTPartners), one of the world’s top 10 executive search firms, where he led searches for senior executives across industries. A native of Cleveland, Josh holds a J.D. from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and completed his undergraduate studies at Emory University.
