About Heidi

20+ years in retained executive search. Led North American Supply Chain Center of Expertise at Korn Ferry. Founded and led the Global Supply Chain practice at Russell Reynolds, where she also headed the North American Industrial sector. Part of the operations group of Booz & Co, where she consulted on supply chain, process redesign, productivity improvement and change management initiatives for a wide range of manufacturing and services companies. Active member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals and the Institute for Supply Management, where she is currently serving on the ISM Conference Leadership Committee. Serves on the leadership council of Franklin and Marshall College and the Georgia Leadership Council of the Arthritis Foundation. Earned a master’s degree in business administration with a focus in finance and business policy from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in economics (cum laude) from Franklin and Marshall College. Based in Atlanta.
