The man behind the curtain, Greg Kleeh, has been the operational backbone of ON since 2013, ensuring the firm runs with the precision and discipline that underpins its success.

Greg brings deep financial and operational leadership to his role, having previously served as CFO of the Century Group, the YMCA of Youngstown, and Mill Creek Companies. Earlier in his career, he held positions with The Kroger Co. and Coopers & Lybrand, building a foundation of expertise across both corporate and institutional environments.

What keeps Greg energized at ON is the firm's culture — the drive, confidence, and forward momentum that define the partnership. That same energy is reflected in how he approaches operations: quietly effective and always moving things forward.

Outside the office, Greg enjoys time with his wife Laurie and their three children, and can often be found on the golf course.
