Chloe has been with ON Partners for 4+ years, during which she has led and completed C-level and VP-level searches.
Prior to joining ON Partners, Chloe was a member of the Global Talent Acquisition Team at The Estée Lauder Companies, where she drove Finance & Strategy recruitment efforts for North America. She also supported Corporate Functions recruitment at Newell Brands.
A graduate of Dickinson College, Chloe majored in English Literature and served as co-captain of the Varsity Women's Lacrosse Team. She holds a degree from Dickinson College and resides in New York City with her husband and daughter. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, skiing, and spending time with family and friends.
