About Alexis
Alexis Rohe specializes in finance and accounting executive search, placing CFOs and senior finance leaders across a broad range of organizations, from private equity and venture capital-backed firms to publicly traded companies.
Prior to joining ON Partners, Alexis served as Talent Acquisition Manager at Lockton Companies, where she built and nurtured talent pipelines for one of the world's leading insurance brokerage firms. Earlier in her career, she held executive recruitment roles at Frontline Source Group and Randstad USA.
Alexis earned her degree from Texas Tech University and is based in Dallas. Outside of work, she enjoys camping, hiking, and exploring the outdoors with her husband, three children, and two dogs.
