Sydney Little works with private equity and growth equity organizations on Board, Operating Partner and C-Suite/VP executives across functions, including CEO, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.

Prior to joining ON Partners, Sydney spent nearly a decade at World 50 Group, where she held several leadership roles within member services before most recently serving as Chief of Staff. Since joining the organization in 2016, she consistently drove impact and fostered meaningful connections across the business.

Sydney earned a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Georgia.

Outside of work, Sydney enjoys running, playing tennis, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs or Atlanta Braves. She currently resides in Atlanta with her husband, Jordan, and their golden retriever.
