Mason Sutherland
Mason is responsible for the research and recruitment of candidates across several industries.
Prior to joining ON Partners, Mason served as the Associate Director of Admission and Social Media Manager at The Lovett School. Before that, she was the Assistant Dean of Admission at Oldfields School in Maryland.
Mason earned a BSc in Psychology with a Communications Minor from Davidson College, where she competed as a D1 volleyball player. She also holds an MSc in Developmental Psychopathology from Durham University.
She currently resides in Atlanta with her husband, Casey, and their dog, Rabun.
