Kelly Karis
Kelly joins ON from UPS, where she most recently served as Director of Marketing. Prior to that, she spent three years with TMP Worldwide in various Account Director roles. She leads marketing strategy, campaigns, and business development for ON Partners, connecting ON with clients, candidates, and the broader market across every channel they engage.
Kelly earned an MBA from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University at Albany.
She and her husband are based in Atlanta, where they love exploring the world, staying active, and discovering new restaurants — all while hoping for the best but expecting the worst from the Giants and the Falcons.
