Prior to joining ON Partners, Kelli served as an Engagement Coordinator at True Search, where she partnered with leaders in the People, Talent, and Legal Practice to drive efficient, white-glove search execution across multiple industries. She brings over seven years of experience in retained search and supporting global teams.
Kelli earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts, Cum Laude with Honors, from the University of Central Florida.
