Katrina Sarvis
Katrina brings extensive experience ensuring things run smoothly, having spent much of her career in Operations Management for luxury hotel brands including Four Seasons and St. Regis. Most recently, she served as Membership and Local Programs Coordinator at the Society of International Business Fellows (SIBF), where she planned events for a network of over 1,000 members comprised of C-level executives and entrepreneurs.
Katrina enjoys the urgent pace of executive search and juggling a variety of clients and assignments, contributing to each assignment's success by building and strengthening relationships between her team and clients.
Outside of the office, Katrina and her husband, Chris, enjoy a full house with their three children, Luca, Aria, and Remy.
