Elizabeth Marlatt
Elizabeth Marlatt has been with ON Partners since 2006 and brings well over 20 years of search experience. As Project Manager, she acts as the liaison between the internal team, clients, and candidates, ensuring everyone is where they need to be, when they need to be there.
Prior to joining ON Partners, Elizabeth held roles at Korn Ferry International and Woot, Inc., now a division of Amazon. She began her career in high tech sales after studying Public Communications at American University in Washington, D.C.
Elizabeth resides in Dallas, TX with her husband, two sons, and admittedly too many dogs.
