Charlie joins ON with an impressive breadth of experience spanning technology, digital strategy, and data-driven marketing. Most recently, he served as Global Head of Startups, Digital Customer Experience at Amazon Web Services, where he led initiatives to optimize digital product development and harness market insights and consumer data to enhance UX/CX across AWS's $6B global Startups segment.

Prior to AWS, Charlie held senior technology and digital leadership roles including Chief Digital Data Officer and Chief Technology Officer at Meister Media Worldwide, with additional leadership positions at Fuel Freedom Foundation, Future US, and Deseret Morning News — a career that reflects both range and depth across industries and disciplines.

Charlie holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University at Buffalo, an M.A. in Communication & Journalism from the University of Nebraska, and an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Illinois.

When he's not in the office, Charlie is an outdoor enthusiast and avid hiker of National Parks.
