Ben Schloss
Ben is responsible for supporting the partners of the firm through the research and recruitment of candidates across several industries.
Prior to joining ON Partners, Ben spent eight years at PNC within the Institutional Asset Management Group, most recently serving as a Senior Business Development Officer, where he partnered with institutional investment clients to deliver tailored investment and fiduciary solutions, strengthen long-term relationships, and drive strategic growth across the portfolio.
Ben earned a business degree with a specialization in accounting from The Ohio State University.
A proud Cleveland, OH resident, Ben is an enthusiastic supporter of Cleveland and Ohio State sports. Outside of work, he enjoys attending concerts and comedy shows, and trying new restaurants with his fiancée, Jess. He also loves spending time with their three pets — dogs Graham and Josie, and their cat, Beans.
