About Suzanne
Suzanne leads the Biotech practice within the Healthcare & Life Sciences division at ON Partners, bringing over 20 years of executive search experience in the life sciences sector.
Previously, she served as Senior Client Partner and Co-Leader of the Biotechnology Practice at Korn Ferry, twice earning the firm's Life Sciences Practice Annual Client Satisfaction Award. Her background also includes serving as Vice President of Business Development for two venture-backed companies and holding research positions at the R.W. Johnson Pharmaceutical Research Institute, Pharmacia, and SIBIA.
She holds a Ph.D. in biochemistry, cell biology, and molecular biology from Northwestern University and a B.A. in biochemistry (magna cum laude) from Mount Holyoke College. She lives in Menlo Park, California, with her husband.
