About Seth

Seth Harris is a seasoned executive search leader with a distinguished career spanning corporate and consulting roles. Before joining ON Partners, he served as Managing Partner with Cook Associates and was a founding member of the nationally recognized search firm Christian & Timbers. Seth began his career at IBM Corporation, where he spent a decade in sales management and marketing roles. His performance was consistently recognized with numerous national honors, including the prestigious IBM Leadership Award. He holds an MBA from Boston University and a BS in Management from Keene State College. Seth currently serves on the board of advisors for On | Corps, a provider of real-time performance diagnostics solutions for enterprise teams. Outside of work, Seth is an avid New England skier and enjoys golf, guitar collecting, and staying physically fit.
