About Jake
Jake Espenlaub is a Partner and Executive Committee member at ON Partners, specializing in executive search within SaaS and tech-enabled services across both growth and private equity.
Before joining ON Partners in July 2015, Jake served as a Client Advisor and Business Development lead at Marsh McLennan Agency (formerly Benefits Advisory Group), where he helped launch the firm's technology practice with a focus on business development and client consultation. He holds a degree in Entrepreneurial Management from TCU's Neeley School of Business.
Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Jake serves as the Atlanta NYO Boys Basketball Commissioner. Outside of work, he enjoys golf and coaching and playing basketball. He lives in Atlanta with his wife, two daughters, and golden retriever, Freddy.
