Ryan Lepp Named New President at KASCO, a Steel Partners Company
KASCO, the industry leader in providing metallic blade products for the meat cutting, food cutting, and wood cutting industries to the global market, appointed Ryan Lepp as President. With a strong background in manufacturing and service, combined with a passion for leadership and growth, Ryan is eager to guide KASCO into its next chapter.
Ryan’s journey to KASCO is one shaped by strategic growth and a passion for leadership. Prior to joining KASCO, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager at Cleaver-Brooks. He served in various roles at Panduit, most recently as Vice President, Industrial Network Infrastructure Business.
He holds an MBA, Business and MBA, General Management/Launching Ventures from Vanderbilt University and BS, Electrical & Computer Engineering from The Ohio State University.
