Global Compression Services Appoints Next Chief Executive Officer

Mike Brooks Named Chief Executive Officer at Global Compression Services

Global Compression Services (GCS), a Lion Equity company and leading provider of natural gas compressor equipment, parts and services, has named Mike Brooks as Chief Executive Officer. 

Prior to joining Global Compression Services, Mr. Brooks served as Chief Commercial Officer North America for DESOTEC. Previously, he served as Chief Commercial Officer for Thorpe Specialty Services and held various leadership roles with Celeros Flow Technology, SPX Flow, CIRCOR International, Cameron Process & Compression and GE Oil & Gas. Earlier in his career, Mr. Brooks was a founder and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Enginuity, LLC, a natural gas engine retrofit company. Mr. Brooks holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and completed executive training at Rice University.
