Lenny has also developed one of the premier Financial Officer practices in the industry, with clients spanning large public companies to private equity-backed businesses, and ranging from turnaround situations to consolidations and emerging growth businesses.
Lenny joined ON Partners from Russell Reynolds, where he was a Managing Director in the technology practice for 11 years. He led the Software and the Systems & Technology Practice at various times, while also spearheading explosive growth of the technology CFO practice.
Lenny received his B.S. in Finance and Economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and his M.B.A. from Northeastern University. He serves on the board of Penn Athletics and is also on the Board of Trustees and Chairman of the Patient Care & Quality Committee at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston.
