Heidi Hoffman is a pioneer in the recruitment of senior supply chain executives. Her practice focuses on the recruitment of top talent in strategic sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, operations, logistics, distribution, customer service, planning, quality, engineering and operations across several industries including: industrial, consumer, retail, life sciences and technology.
Heidi’s executive search career spans 20 years and includes most recently leading the North American Supply Chain Center of Expertise at KornFerry, and earlier founding and leading the global supply chain practice at Russell Reynolds, where she also headed the North American industrial sector. Previously, she was a member of the operations group of Booz & Co, where she consulted on supply chain, process redesign, productivity improvement and change management initiatives for a wide range of manufacturing and services companies.
Heidi is an active member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals and the Institute for Supply Management, where she is currently serving on the ISM Conference Leadership Committee. Heidi also serves on the leadership council of Franklin and Marshall College and the Georgia Leadership Council of the Arthritis Foundation.
Heidi earned a master’s degree in business administration with a focus in finance and business policy from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in economics (cum laude) from Franklin and Marshall College. She is based in Atlanta.
