ON Partners Co-founder and Partner Brad Westveld specializes in the recruitment of C-level opportunities for public and emerging high growth companies.

Brad leverages his expertise in the technology space to build executive teams in fields where technology and business meet, including software, semiconductors, consumer electronics, digital, Internet of Things, M2M, A.I., cloud/Big Data, manufacturing, and related industries.

Brad’s search practice and executive talent network serves global technology corporations, start-ups, and promising companies backed by industry-leading venture capital and private equity firms in Silicon Valley and other major innovation hubs throughout North America. Recent marquee clients include Aurea Software, Akamai Technologies, Amazon, NETSCOUT Systems, Outbound Engine, Indeed, Jabil, Quorum Business Solutions, Universal Music Group (UMG) and Advanced Micro Devices (AMD).

Prior to ON Partners, Brad worked for the Advanced Technology practices of three top-tier executive search firms, and became the youngest Senior Partner and Sector Leader of Korn/Ferry International’s Global Technology Practice.

He holds an MA in Communications Management from Bond University, Australia, and graduated from Grand Valley State University with a BS in Communications.

Along with his wife and two children, Brad enjoys golf, travel, kids’ sports, and is an avid fan of college football. Charities of special interest include St Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital and Family Legacy Missions.
