Aaron Clark is a Partner with ON Partners. His work includes senior level sales and general management searches across a broad range of clients including VC-backed growth companies and large, global organizations.

Aaron’s work cuts across a variety of industries including Software, Technology, Industrial, Telecommunications, Information Services, and Business Services. He partners with clients in building out their commercial capabilities to drive top line revenue, improve sales process and structure, and implement new GTM strategies.

Previously, Aaron was a Principal in the Global Technology & Services Practice with Heidrick & Struggles. He was also a founding member of the Sales Officers Practice. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Aaron held various positions in the financial services industry. He was an Assistant Vice President in the Secondary Marketing Group at SunTrust Mortgage Company in Atlanta.

Earlier, Aaron worked on an institutional fixed income sales desk with Salomon Brothers and he began his career working in the Capital Markets Group with Bank of America where he managed and facilitated short-term financing needs for institutional clients of the bank.

Aaron earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Covenant College.
