Engaging in an executive search is an important undertaking for any organization. Clearly, the leadership role to be filled is expected to have a meaningful impact on the company’s near-term and long-term success. The individual placed in that role will need to succeed not only in meeting the responsibilities of the position, but also in possessing the cultural, relational and leadership attributes necessary to succeed in the organization. And currently, in the U.S., we are experiencing a historically tight market for talent.
