Nvidia Appoints Kristin Major as Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Nvidia, the world leader in AI computing, appointed Kristin Major as Senior Vice President, Human Resources.

With a proven track record in executive leadership and HR management, Kristin brings a wealth of experience in driving organizational growth and transformation. In this role, she will be a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team.

Major joins Nvidia from Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Her career at HPE spanned more than thirteen years, where she most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer. Prior, she led HR for several key business units, including GreenLake, Aruba Networking, and the HPE transformation office. Prior to her HR leadership roles, she served as Chief Employment Counsel for HPE.

Before joining HPE, Kristin was a labor and employment counsel at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in Palo Alto, California. Passionate about public service, she has served on the boards of several nonprofit organizations and was the Executive Sponsor of the HPE Women’s Global Network until 2023.

Kristin holds a law degree from Georgetown University and was a visiting third-year law student at Stanford University. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona.
