Case IQ, the leading investigative case management solution provider, named Brady James as Senior Vice President, Customer Experience.
Brady has built and grown teams at several organizations, from management consulting firms to true SAAS organizations. He joins Case IQ from GoCanvas where he served as the Vice President of Customer Success, Support and Professional Services. Prior to that, he was the Manger of Customer Success, Corporate Finance at Gartner.
He holds a B.S. in Communications from Old Dominion University.
