William McDade Named Chief Financial Officer at GSM Outdoors
GSM Outdoors, a manufacturer of consumer goods in the Outdoors, Shooting Sports & Sporting Goods markets, appointed William McDade as Chief Financial Officer.
McDade brings more than 25 years of financial leadership experience across the consumer products and manufacturing sectors. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Alphia, one of the largest premium pet food manufacturers in North America. Previously, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Interstate Batteries. Earlier in his career, McDade spent nearly a decade at Dr Pepper Snapple Group, where he held several finance leadership positions, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of RCI & Capital Planning.
He earned an MBA in Accounting from the University of Dallas and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin's McCombs School of Business. McDade also serves on the Advisory Board of the Naveen Jindal School of Management.
