Bryan Buck, Vice President

Bryan Buck has been instrumental in building visionary management teams for large public corporations, as well as portfolio companies of leading venture capital firms. With a driving interest in emerging technologies, Bryan leads and supports executive searches for VP and C-suite positions across the continuum of the life sciences, cleantech, and materials industries. His recent marquee searches include the CEO of Lighting Science Group, Head of Marketing at Tandem Diagnostics, SVP of Strategic Marketing at Veeco, Head of Respiratory Medical Affairs at TEVA, and the CEO of EcoSense.

Prior to ON Search, Bryan worked with Charles Schwab & Co., managing corporate and retirement plan assets for national and multinational clients in the manufacturing, financial services, and healthcare industries. Bryan currently serves on the Board of The Different Needz Foundation. His BA in Finance and Marketing was earned at Ohio University, where he was a member of the varsity baseball team and the Corporate Leadership Fellows.

Baillie Parker, Vice President

Baillie Parker specializes in the recruitment of senior-level executives for consumer internet, digital media, e-commerce, and SaaS software companies, as well as the industrial sector. Prior to joining ON Search Partners, Baillie led the Internet, Software & New Media recruiting practice for a leading mid-sized global firm. He has also held recruiting roles with Converge Executive Search and Russell Reynolds Associates, identifying top performing leaders for both publicly-traded and privately-owned companies.

Before his career in search, Baillie was the CEO of Anticon, a globally recognized independent media and entertainment company. He was featured in Billboard Magazine's 2006 "Faces To Watch - 30 Under 30: Top Young Acts and Executives." A graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, Baillie leverages his business experience to recruit key senior executive talent across sales, marketing, finance, operations, product and engineering functions. Baillie is a member of the Board for Anticon, LLC.

 

Dan Fantl, Director

Besides a demonstrated personal passion for the alternative energy and cleantech industries, Dan Fantl's recruitment experience also includes projects in the bio-tech, manufacturing, high-tech, media, retail, financial services, and consulting industries. He has successfully completed searches for CIO and other C-suite and senior executive positions. Dan's recent successes include the Vice President of Sales for Aurora Biofuels, Vice President of Power Plant Systems at Alion, and Vice President of Marketing at Firefly.

Prior to joining ON Search Partners, Dan was a Director at Korn/Ferry International and a member of the firm's Financial Officers Practice and the IT Officers Practice. He began his career as consultant for Accenture, where he advised a variety of clients such as Verizon and SBC. Dan holds an MBA from The University of Florida and a Bachelors in Business Arts from Southern Methodist University.

Jaime Shatsman, Director

In 2003, Jaime Shatsman graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College with a BA in Economics. With her sales, marketing, and management experience in the manufacturing, technology and communications sectors, Jaime supports multiple practice areas within ON Partners, researching and completing executive searches.

Jaime began her career as a Marketing Manager at McMaster-Carr Supply Company. In 2007, she joined the Cleveland-based software company, PreEmptive Solutions, as a Product Marketing Manager and later took over direct management of the entire sales force. Most recently, Jaime was an Account Manager at PR Newswire, the industry leader in press release distribution and marketing communications, serving a multi-million dollar territory throughout Ohio and Pennsylvania.

Patricia Ross, Director

Patricia Ross leverages her legal and business expertise to support mutliple practice areas within ON Search Partners, including the information technology, semiconductor, cleantech and biotech industries.  Patty graduated from The Ohio State University in 2007 and then from John Marshall Law School in 2010.  She practiced insurance defense litigation at a boutique Chicago law firm, before joining Baker Hostetler as a staff attorney.  There she was most recently involved in the matters related to the liquidation of Bernard L. Madoff Investment Securities, LLC.

Patty prides herself on quickly becoming knowledgeable about an industrial sector, which is invaluable in researching and completing executive searches across the functions.  She recruits top talent regionally and internationally for both public and private companies across a variety of functions, including engineering, marketing and technology.

Daniel Bolger, Director

Daniel began his career at Frito Lay Corporation in talent acquisition, responsible for general staffing before specializing in Operations & Engineering, He was then tapped to work for Transformation & Strategy recruiting automation engineers. Following that, Daniel was reponsible for business development and capital attraction at Conditar, an early stage start-up in food safety consultation for manufacturers. Most recently, he worked with small businesses as a financial planner at UBS.

Leveraging his strategic business development and recruiting experience in the manufacturing and investment sectors, Daniel supports multiple practice areas within ON Partners, researching and completing executive searches. Daniel earned his BA from SMU and an MBA from Texas Christian University.

David Hutchison, Director

David Hutchison supports multiple practice areas within ON Partners, researching and recruiting senior executive talent for both public and private companies across a variety of functions, including sales, marketing, finance and technology. A graduate of Auburn University, he uses his decade of sales and management experience to better serve clients in ON Partners’ multiple practice areas, including semiconductor, clean tech, industrial and software.

Most recently, David was a Business Development Director for PreEmptive Solutions, a Cleveland-based software company, ensuring quality service for over 3,000 clients, including GE, Dell, Boeing, Microsoft, and Fiserv and other Fortune 500 companies. In the past, he trained and managed ONStar/SM Radio Sales staff for Kelly Services, and oversaw $3M vehicle inventory for Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
