Tim Conti is a Partner and co-founder of ON Search Partners. Concentrating his practice on CEO, Vice President, and Board-level searches, Tim has worked with a broad range of clients to bolster their senior executive ranks. Employing a communicative and collaborative style, Tim has successfully maneuvered his clients through every step of the team-building process, from candidate identification and assessment to hiring decisions and offer negotiations.   

Tim focuses his practice in the Technology sector with a particular emphasis on the Energy, Materials, and Component industries. Serving as the ON Search Partners’ Energy & Materials practice leader, he has worked with multinational corporations and venture-backed start-ups focused in the Solar, Wind, Fuel Cell, Lighting, Advanced Enabling Materials, and Energy Efficiency sectors. He has worked for some of the Renewable Energy sector’s foremost leaders, including Acciona, First Solar, Intematix, and GT Solar.  

Tim also works extensively in the Semiconductor industry and has successfully led senior-level searches for leaders such as Intel, Integrated Device Technology, InPhi, and Provigent.  

Prior to excelling in the executive search field, Tim worked as a consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Intellectual Property group, where he served as an expert witness in cases litigated before the various Federal Court Districts. He also practiced intellectual property litigation for one of the largest law firms in Chicago.

Tim holds a BS in Accounting from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and a JD from Loyola University Chicago. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

A native of northeast Ohio, Tim lives in Hudson, Ohio with his wife Amy and son Andrew.
