Suzanne Zebedee is a Partner at ON Search Partners specializing in life sciences. She leads searches in biotechnology, diagnostics, research tools and the medical devices sectors of healthcare. Suzanne has conducted CEO and top level scientific, medical, financial and marketing searches for public and venture back companies.

Prior to ON Search Partners, Suzanne was a Senior Client Partner and Co-Leader of the Biotechnology Practice at Korn/Ferry International. Spending over ten years at the firm, she was twice awarded with the Life Sciences Practice Annual Client Satisfaction Award and contributed to top office awards in North America.

Suzanne’s background is from the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. Prior to executive search, she served as the Vice President of Business Development for two venture back companies (Applied Molecular Evolution and Immusol). Additionally Suzanne held research positions at the R.W. Johnson Pharmaceutical Research Institute, Pharmacia and SIBIA.

Suzanne received her Ph.D. in biochemistry, cell biology and molecular biology from Northwestern University and her bachelor’s degree (magna cum laude) in biochemistry from Mount Holyoke College.

Suzanne lives in Menlo Park, California with her husband and son and enjoys water polo, swimming and travel.
