Josh Nathanson is a co-founder of ON Search Partners. Josh's executive search experience covers a broad array of functions and disciplines, including significant work at the CEO and Board Director levels. In addition to his work with publicly traded clients such as KLA-Tencor, Veeco Instruments, ATMI, and Vitesse Semiconductor, Josh has been instrumental in helping his start-up clients add significant talent to their management teams. He's worked with emerging semiconductor and clean technology companies backed by some of the industry's top international venture capitalists including Mohr Davidow, Braemar Energy Ventures, Khosla Ventures, and Battery Ventures.

Prior to joining ON Search Partners, Josh was a Principal with Christian & Timbers, one of the 10 largest executive search firms in the world. Before executive search, he was a commercial litigator for a leading Cleveland-based law firm. Josh received his JD from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law where he was an Editor on Law Review. He completed his undergraduate work at Emory University, receiving a BA in History.

Josh is a native of Cleveland, Ohio, and enjoys baseball, golf, and travel. He is married with three children, ages nine, seven, and two.
