Brad's clients and placements are spread through Europe, Israel, North America, and Asia.
Brad joined ON Search Partners in 2007 as a co-founder, after holding progressively responsible positions within the advanced technology practices of three top-tier executive search firms. He was a member of Korn/Ferry International's Global Technology Practice, where he was the firm's youngest Senior Partner and Sector Leader. Brad began his career with Motorola's Semiconductor Products Sector (now Freescale Semiconductor) in Austin, Texas.
Brad holds an MA in Communications Management from Bond University, Australia, where he completed his thesis in dispute resolution. He received a BS in Communications from Grand Valley State University in Michigan.
Brad resides in Richardson, Texas with his wife and two children. He is a member of Canyon Creek Country Club, enjoys golf, travel, community service, and is an avid fan of college football.
